Android TV boxes, phones and tablets

1. 1Step 1: Open the Google Play Store and search for IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, then install it.
2. 2Step 2: Open the app and choose Xtream Codes API.
3. 3Step 3: Enter the server address, username and password we sent you.
4. 4Step 4: Select Add User and wait while your channels and on-demand library load.

Android TV remote tips

Typing a long server address with a TV remote is slow. Some Android TV devices can be controlled from a phone app with an on-screen keyboard — check your device maker's support pages, as it makes entering your details much quicker.

iPhone and iPad

1. 1Step 1: Download Smarters Player Lite from the Apple App Store.
2. 2Step 2: Open the app and choose Log in with Xtream Codes API.
3. 3Step 3: Enter your login details exactly as we sent them.

Watching on a smaller screen

• Use Wi-Fi at home to avoid using up mobile data — video uses a lot of it.
• Lock the screen rotation while you watch, so the picture stays put.
• If the picture pauses on the move, a lower quality version of the channel, where one is available, can play more smoothly.

Connections and multiple devices

You can sign in on as many devices as you like, but the number watching at the same time can't exceed the connections in your plan. If several people in your home watch at once, see plans and connection options.
